Batik sewage discharged into the environment without being processed before can cause contamination and bad odor, which needs to be handled properly to reduce the contaminant’s concentration. baglog Pleurotus ostreatus’s waste can be used as an alternative deodorant (odor removal) for batik sewage because it hasan environmentally friendly, easy and cheap waste treatment method.The aim of this research is to study the abilityof baglog P. ostreatus’s waste as deodorant for batik sewage by using different combination of volume  and incubation time as treatment, and to find out  the optimum treatment in deodorating batik sewage.This research uses both experimental and survey method.The experimental method uses Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 12 treatments and 3 repeat. The survey method with SNI 01-2346-2006 about sensory test, with data collection technique in form of closed questionnaires.The Variables used are independent variables which is a combination betweenbatik sewage volume (ml) and incubation time (hour). The dependent variable is deodoration ability.Observed parameter includes the main parameter which is odor scale and the dependent parameters are BOD, COD pH, and temperature before and after treatment. The result shows that baglog P. ostreatus waste with a different combination of volume and incubation time can deodorate batik sewage. The best treatment in deodorating batik sewage is acquired on combination of  100 ml volume of batik sewage with 96 hours incubation time and3 odor scale (no odor) with reduced value percentage on BOD5 93.3% (3000-200 mg/L) and COD 61% (8000-3120 mg/L).
