Abstract

Trichoderma harzianum is an antagonist fungus that can be applicated to control several soil inhabitant fungi. The objectives of this research were to (1) find out the effect of different of time applcation and dosages T. harzianum biofungicide pellet in controlling fusarium wilt in red chilli; and (2) find out the most effective time and dosage application of T. harziannum biofungicide pellet in controlling fusarium wilt in red chilli. Method used in this research was experimental by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with factorial pattern. The first factor was application time of T. harzianum biofungicide pellet and the second one was application dosages of T. harzianum biofungicide pellet. Application time of T. harzianum biofungicide pellet was done on a sed bed and on a cultivating media, while the dosages applied were 0, 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, and 150 gram. Each was replicated three times. Analysis result showed there was interaction between application time of T. harzianum biofungicide biofungicide pellet with application dosages of T. harzianum biofungicide pellet. The most effective treatment was 50 gram T. harzianum biofungicide pellet when applied on seed bed was inhibit fusarium wilt Disease Incidence (DI) in red chilli up to 87,52 %
